Private Fitness Training
Private sessions are the most effective and most popular type of training. We are trained and equipped to take almost any client to any goal. We start with a complete assessment of your current condition, goals and lifestyle.
This is the only way to properly design a personalized plan of action. Workouts are designed to be safe, systematic and progressive, to keep you constantly moving toward your goals.
Common goals include: increasing muscular and cardiovascular strength and endurance, improving flexibility, balance and coordination, specific or overall athletic performance enhancement, weight loss and aesthetic goals.
Once you have tried it you, you will feel the difference!
Semi-Private Fitness Training
Semi-private training sessions can focus on all the same goals as private training and is the next best thing. With this type of training the client finds their own training partner(s). In order for this type of training to be effective all clients involved should be at similar fitness levels and have similar goals. Sometimes it is recommended that the clients do some private sessions to start, then go to semi-privates or do a combination of private and semi-private weekly. For example: If two clients want to start training and have similar goals, but one feels knee pain when they exercise and the other suffers from chronic lower back pain, it may be necessary to asses and address these issues one-on-one before being introduced to higher intensity faster paced exercise and to maintain the flow of a semi-private session.
Group Training
Get ready to move! Our "Core and Functional Circuit Training" class will warm you up, stretch you out and give you a full body workout. We take the best of multiple training modalities and put them into one class. Group sizes are a maximum of 10-12 people to ensure safety and quality. These classes are fast paced and fun! Come alone or bring a friend.
