I'm a big fan of Truth Fitness. I've been going there for almost two years now. Previous to our introduction, I had been experiencing back pain and leg numbness for years and my conditioning and energy level were poor since lacked motivation to exercise. Rafael's directions and support have led me to completely improve my posture, strength, coordination and overall energy through his progressive exercise programs and nutritional guidance. No more back pain or numbness, I can wear smaller, more athletic fitting clothes, and I feel like I stand taller. I actually enjoy exercise now.

I have been training at Truth Fitness and Health for 3 years now. I used to suffer from back pain when I exercised, but after focusing on core strength exercises, that is now a thing of the past. I have since been able to move on to other fitness goals. I love the challenge I get in my workouts and have never gotten bored. I am 43 years old and feel like I'm in the best shape ever.

When I started with Truth Fitness and Health, I was looking to work out smarter, not longer. My workouts had hit a plateau and I was not seeing the results. After 1 workout, could definitely feel the changes, and after 4-5 workouts, I started to see physical changes. I felt stronger in my core, shoulders and back, and could see improvements in those areas.

I am very pleased with Rafael's approach because he engages the whole body in as much of the workout at possible. Prior to working with him, I had been doing exercises improperly which had lead to some minor injury, but with Rafael's guidance, I have been able avoid injury due to improper form.

I'm now in my 2nd phase of my workouts, and my goals are to build strength and definition. Rafael was able to very easily transform my workouts to meet these new goals.

I began physical training with Rafael two years ago. My physician recommended a weight training program to prevent further complications from being diagnosed osteopenic on my right and left hip. I was informed that weight training naturally increases the production of calcium. My goal was twofold, to get in shape physically and to put off the use of prescribed medication for my condition.

After observing several trainers, I chose Rafael for his keen interest in the needs of his clients. He has met my expectations and more. Rafael's program design not only has resulted in an increase in my bone density count, but my overall physical condition has improved greatly.

Rafael's core training program has challenged and improved my muscle strength, balance, agility and flexibility. His knowledge and continued education has made me enthusiastic about the success of training and its positive results.

This past spring I was referred to trainer Rafael Capiro of Truth fitness. At the time I was dealing with injuries getting in the way of my running and wanted to switch my body from my 6'1" 163 pound-running frame. The main goal was to gain body weight and increase strength. The first sessions were very frustrating because it was all centered on technique and form and understanding where my weaknesses were. Rafael continuously discusses his evaluation of my progress and changes; he is excellent at telling me what I need to hear not always what I want to hear. Rafael is a true professional, knowledgeable and tailors each session for me. The workouts never get boring, as I get stronger and begin to master one workout he will modify it challenging my body so I receive maximum benefit. During all workouts technique and form is stressed and explained.

I have my entire gym at the house for home workouts. Kettle Bells have become my best training partner. I have only four at the house the heaviest being 35 pounds which provide all the weight I need. A few dumb bells, a pull up bar, foam roller and exercise ball replace an entire gym and fits neatly in the corner of my room. Kettle Bells are portable to take to the beach or on road trips to get a workout in. I have been asked many questions about the kettle bell workouts; my answer is always the same "GO SEE A TRAINER"! Great workouts but I know for sure without proper guidance I most likely would have hurt myself and definitely would not have benefited as much as I have.

The results in the past seven months have met or exceeded all my expectations. My weight is now 182 and is proportioned well throughout the body. Comments from friends, coworkers and family have all been positive telling me I look healthier. I cant tell you what I bench press? I can tell you functional strength in everyday task as a Physical Education teacher, working around the house and being active with friends is noticeably increased. I love playing volleyball down at the beach, getting on a board once in awhile, going mountain biking, running, swimming, hiking and generally being active! I am in great shape to do it all, thanks Truth.
